About Us
Three founders. One shared table.
Roxana Del Bosque, Melissa Marimoutou, and Natalya Spicker met in 2013 on their way to Hult International Business School in London — the world's #1 most culturally diverse MBA. With their MBAs fresh in their hands, they went out and built careers across operations, hospitality, and wellness. In 2016, their first trip together to Costa Rica — where they built their own itineraries and handled every booking by hand — sparked the idea for ZFG Group, founded that same year so the trips they were already dreaming up for themselves could belong to the people who travel with them.

Every ZFG trip is built on three things. Adventure that rewrites what you thought you were capable of — canyons, summits, open water.
